Why buy this home?
The beauty of townhouses are the flexibility that they offer and the room sizes mean you can grow and adapt without necessarily having to upsize.
This home is everything you want from modern living and boasts lots of natural light. As you enter you are greeted with a spacious hallway complemented by real wood flooring which flows through to the living room. The living room is cosy, ideal for evenings in front of the TV with incredible views over the parkland but also provides a lot of natural light into the room.
At the back of the house is a spacious kitchen which is the heart of this home providing a double oven and ample cupboard space for all your kitchen needs. The owners of this house refurbished the kitchen with quartz work surfaces, a granite sink and LVT flooring. It has double doors that open out to the rear garden ideal for entertaining family and friends, “We love the feeling when the doors are open, of the outside coming in”. The split level garden has been landscaped with both decking and paving where you can enjoy the sun or hide in the shade and provides additional entertaining space for those summer evenings with friends.
On the first floor the fourth bedroom is being used as an additional reception room/study, ideal for those working from home with French doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the back of the house. Walking along the landing you’ll will find bedroom three which is a really good sized double bedroom, with a step-up balcony ideal for a teenager. Both bedrooms are served by a family bathroom.
As you walk upstairs to the top floor you are immediately flooded with light coming through the skylight, giving it a tranquil feeling. The current owners treated themselves to a private floor just for themselves. The second bedroom is currently used as a dressing room with fitted wardrobes, which is easily adaptable to be used as a bedroom for a younger child. The master bedroom is spacious and, as the owners have a dressing room, they created a snug area which can be adapted to a wardrobe if required. “As the rooms are spacious we were able to use the rooms in a multi-functional way, i.e. additional reception room, study or dressing room”.
The garage is separate to the house and has a double driveway and can be accessed through rear garden.
“We absolutely love living here within the local community and the businesses on our doorstep. If we were not leaving the country we would not be moving, we have a lot of love for this house but it’s time to start a new chapter in our lives”
