Don’t miss out on this opportunity to secure this three bedroom house that has only recently been built.
There is a central entrance hall which is the perfect place to remove shoes and hang up coats. The separate living room is a cosy size and it’s shape means you can lay the room out in numerous variations. Between the living room and kitchen is a downstairs toilet and an under stairs storage cupboard.
As the kitchen/diner is at the back of the house it is the ideal place to entertain so you can make the most of the garden. The current owners opted for white high gloss kitchen units which help to give it a crisp modern feel. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, as well as a gas hob and eye-level double electric oven. The dining area is big enough for a six seater table.
The garden has a patio which is ideal for a seating area directly outside the rear doors. There is a shed and low maintenance side borders, with the rest of the garden laid to lawn. There is also side access from here on to the driveway which has a carpet.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has built-in wardrobbes and its own ensuite; a modern necessity. The third bedroom is a comfortable single making it ideal as a young child’s room or home office. The second bedroom is a comfortable double with plenty of space for wardrobes and bedside tables. Lastly, the family bathroom is fully tiled around the bath, and has an overhead shower and glass shower screen.
