In our opinion, McCann Homes did a fabulous job in designing this executive home to be sympathetic to the surrounding of Broughton Village, which dates back to the Domesday Book.

Broughton Village is a historic village dating back to the 6th Century. It is part of a conservation area that is home to St Lawrence’s Church which is 14th-century with a 15th century tower.
Local education is provided by Broughton Fields primary school and Brooklands Farm primary school, whilst secondary education is provided by Oakgrove School in nearby Middleton and the Walton High School campus in Brooklands. In addition, Broughton Manor Preparatory school, a private prep school, is also situated near to the old village.
Facilities in the area include a pub and a range of small shops. Larger facilities are available at Kingston Shopping Centre which include a large Tesco Extra, M&S, range of restaurants and library.
