This wonderful home has great potential to personalise it to your own taste and offers superb bedroom sizes.
The first thing that strikes you about this house is the secluded setting. Although only 500m to Bletchey High Street and a 20 minute walk to Bletchley Train Station (approx.), it is located on a no-through road of only 10 houses and a block of 9 apartments. This means communal parking isn’t highly contested, and the addition of a garage and allocated parking mean you never have to worry.
You can access both the living room and kitchen via the central entrance hall. The living room is an inviting space due to the large bay window, and thanks to the separate dining area you can create a cosy space to relax in front of the TV. The dining area is big enough for an 8-seater dining table and chairs to fit easily. Although open plan to the living room at the moment, it could easily be opened up to the kitchen for those who prefer a kitchen/diner and a separate living room.
The separate kitchen is a good size with worktops on either side creating a ‘galley’ style kitchen. Although dated, it is in good working order and means you can design your kitchen to suit your own taste should you wish to replace it. From here there is a door to the rear extension which could easily be blocked up if you wanted to create a more practical, modern horseshoe-shape kitchen design which would add even more worktop and cupboard space.
The rear extension is a great addition as it has created a home office – poignant in today’s world. Naturally this space is flexible and could be used for a multitude of reasons such as a playroom or snug. A WC has also been added via the extension which is a must for modern living. There are French doors from the rear extension which lead to the garden. It is mainly laid to lawn but has an extensive patio for entertaining.
Upstairs, both the master bedroom and second bedroom are surprisingly large. Standing at approximately 120 sq. ft each, they offer plenty of space for wardrobes and additional storage. The third bedroom is a useable single as shown but the current owners.
The family bathroom is fully tiled on the walls and floor and has a window. There is an overhead shower with glass shower screen.
Parking is provided by a garage with off-road parking in front of it.
