This beautifully decorated apartment has a clever kitchen island installed to make the most out of the space, and provides a great area to socialise.
“When we bought this apartment the location was just ideal for us. It has countryside vibes while being just 15 minutes drive to city centre. Perfect combination of both worlds!!”
This beautiful ground floor apartment is in a block of only 6 and is the ideal first time buy or investment.
The main selling point of this home is the open-plan living space. The current owners have installed a central island in the kitchen which creates the illusion of two separate spaces. “The island has become the main social point of the apartment. We ensured the worktop overhanged at the back so that it can double up as a breakfast bar. The great thing about it is that you no longer have your back to the living space whilst using the kitchen so you don’t feel left out when you have friends over!”.
The kitchen itself has integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The olive decor combined with the natural wood effect worktops create a more traditional feeling space, and in our opinion is a relaxing environment.
The master bedroom is a comfortable size and the current owners show that off well by having tow wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside table and a dressing table without it feeling tight. The family bathroom is opposite the master bedroom which the owners tastefully tiled to the ceiling around the bath with white tiles and kept the decor neutral to create a clean space.
The second bedroom can fit a double bed, and it is also possible utilise the large storage cupboard in the hallway as a walk-in wardrobe. Luckily there is a second storage cupboard in the hallway if you wanted to do this.
“It’s a new development area which is so quiet, feels safe and has a strong community feeling. People are friendly and they are willing to help you when you need it. The local pub is within walking distance and we also recently discovered a ‘pick you own’ farm about 15 minutes down the road where you can get fresh local produce”
This wonderful apartment has allocated parking as well as communal parking, and also benefits from a lockable bike store.

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks.
